I don't like those counter top windows in the kitchens I see in these designs lately. I need privacy! They will get filthy dirty from the kitchen sink, stove etc.

You have to go OUTSIDE to get to the bath? Not even an option. Sorry but nope.

Cute, but in a few points not so useful: 1: Where is the entrance area? There isn't storage for daily used shoes, jackets and bags 2: the bedroom: I am sure at some point you will get crazy cause of that just little gap between the bed and the closet to put your laudry away or get your clothes. The big bed also makes the working space very small (personal oppinion) a single person can also sleep in a smaller bed. Everything else is really good ^^

The house is great, and it would be warmer if the doors were inside the house.

I Myself, Would "Enclose" the Back Room where the Washer and Dryer are. I Wouldn't Want the Appliances Out in the Elements. Nor would I want to wash cloths Outside. So Much Wrong With This Interior. Lousy Furnishings and Placement. Good Amount of These Homes are Losers. I Give This One an F+!!

I need a sketch of this houses from upside view

At first glance it's a cute place. But I see things that I would have to change. Outdoor laundry. Sliders as entry doors. TV over fireplace w/o mantel. Noplace to hang coats on entering. Inadequate counter and cabinet space in kitchen. Sorry, this wouldn't work for me.

Charming, but the open back porch with the washer/dryer isn't practical. Electrical appliances like those aren't designed be exposed to the weather. I'd glass in that porch Otherwise, a unique house.

Those two coffee tables need to Go!! Takes up too much room. One small table would do. Don't like that Mirror on the kitchen wall. Don't really need a back porch. Would give more footage to the Home.

I would reduce the large window in the bedroom to one long, narrow one. The one in the living room is also too big, two long, narrow ones would be much nicer

I would leave out the 2 small windows behind the TV, I would use the free space for shelves, more storage space

I would have the terrace with fireplace glazed, and possibly equipped with a glass door into the interior of the house.

How we can get water without water tank can anyone tell me 😅
